Why is the bus not showing live?
Live positions exist only for buses currently in service. Late at night, after a line's last departure, or when a vehicle's tracker is not reporting, the list falls back to the timetable. Timetable-based information is marked "according to the timetable" and shown in a muted colour — live information carries a pulsing dot.
What works without internet?
Lines, stops, timetables, routes, minibus information, places to visit, street markets, bike paths and city services are stored on your phone and open offline. Internet is needed only for live bus positions, the on-duty pharmacy list, the event calendar, car park occupancy, water outages, map tiles and QR scanning.
How do I find a stop number?
Scan the QR code on the stop sign with the in-app scanner, or search by stop name in the Stops tab. If you granted location permission, nearby stops are already listed first.
Is the on-duty pharmacy list current?
The list is fetched directly from the İzmir Metropolitan Municipality service on each launch. The source may contain missing or incorrect records; it is wise to call the pharmacy before setting out — tap the phone number in the list to call.
Why are power outages not in the app?
There is no open data service for power outages. Rather than show invented data, the app sends you directly to GDZ Elektrik's own query page.
Where are my favourites?
Favourites are not a separate tab; they open via the Favourites filter above the Stops and Transit lists. Tap the star next to a stop or line to favourite it.
The text is too small.
The app follows your phone's text size setting. Increase it in iOS Settings › Display & Brightness › Text Size, or change the text size in the app's own Settings screen.
Will there be ads or a subscription?
No. The app stays free, ad-free and tracking-free.
